The Fulcrum Foundation is proud to support our educators and administrators as they continue their education in leadership through the Educational Leadership Grant Program. This year, 10 recipients were selected from 8 of the 9 regions of Western Washington to further their education at Catholic universities across the country.
This grant is designed to cultivate strong leaders within Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Seattle by providing partial scholarships to aspiring administrators and principals. These scholarships support candidates pursuing graduate degrees or principal certification in educational leadership at partner universities such as Creighton University, Gonzaga University, Saint Martin’s University, Seattle University, University of Loyola Chicago, University of Notre Dame, University of Portland, and University of San Francisco.
Since its inception, the Educational Leadership Grant Program has been a core component of Fulcrum’s long-term strategy to strengthen Catholic education through capacity building. The program has supported numerous teacher-leaders and aspiring principals—many of whom have gone on to take pivotal roles in our Catholic schools across Western Washington. By investing in both academic credentials and leadership formation, Fulcrum aims to create a sustainable pipeline of capable, mission-driven school leaders prepared to guide Catholic schools into the future.
