Fulcrum is delighted to welcome new team members to the professional staff.
Sofie Brennan joined Fulcrum in January 2025 as an intern and became Fulcrum’s Project Assistant in May 2025. She is currently attending Boise State University, where she is in her final year of completing a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Prior to Boise State, Sofie attended St. Luke School and Holy Names Academy, where she was deeply influenced by strong Catholic values.
Josh Jinkens is Fulcrum’s new Programs Coordinator. He brings a deep commitment to giving back to the local Catholic school community that played a pivotal role in shaping who he is today. Josh’s journey began at St. Therese Catholic Academy, continued at Seattle Preparatory School, and concluded at Western Washington University, where he earned a B.A. in English. He is excited to support future generations of students throughout their Catholic school journey.
Erika Gutierrez is Fulcrum’s new Operations and Community Engagement Coordinator. Her background as a librarian at St. Anthony School and as a catechist reflects not only a love of learning, but also a sincere dedication to sharing the richness of Catholic teaching with others. Whether in the classroom, the library, or the wider community, Erika is committed to nurturing both the mind and the spirit with kindness, curiosity, and care.
