On October 4, 2025, Holy Family School in Auburn underwent a transformation in a single day, thanks to the annual community service project led by NAIOP Washington State, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. With hundreds of volunteers—including NAIOP members, school staff, Fulcrum and Office for Catholic Schools representatives, and community supporters—the project brought a wave of energy and improvements to the school grounds.

Volunteers completed a wide range of upgrades, including:

  • Landscaping and yard work
  • Building of two storage sheds
  • Renovation of the athletic field
  • Enhancements to the playground
  • New outdoor picnic tables and a student amphitheater
  • Painting and carpentry repairs
  • Facility maintenance and safety upgrades

All materials, labor, and supplies were donated, showcasing the power of community partnerships in action.

Holy Family School, a vital center for education, faith, and community life, now boasts refreshed facilities that support a safe, welcoming environment for students, staff, and families. The effort not only beautified the campus but also helped the school avoid future maintenance costs and underscored its mission of academic excellence and service.

This project is a shining example of how collaboration between the real estate industry, nonprofits, and schools can lead to lasting impact—revitalizing both spaces and spirits.

Fulcrum is grateful to NAIOP and its members for their incredible donation!
