A Reflection by a Fulcrum Tuition Assistance Recipient

A reflection by Alyssa, a Fulcrum tuition assistance recipient and senior at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic College Preparatory High School:

Being in a Catholic school from kindergarten to senior year has really shaped who I am and who I want to be like. I have always been surrounded by others who live out their faith as I do, which has helped me to have strong morals and values.

I love that at Seton, I don’t have to pick and choose what sports to play or extracurricular activities to be a part of, I can do it all. I also love that it is more than just a school, it is a second home. I am able to be friends and form connections with so many people because of the small class sizes.

After graduation I will be attending a four-year university where I will major in business and then I will continue my education to get my master’s in business.

Attending Seton has been so impactful to the student and person I am today, and that would not be possible without assistance from the Fulcrum Foundation. Many other students like me are in need of financial aid in order to attend a Catholic high school. Supporting the Fulcrum tuition assistance program will help many students receive an education that will deepen their education and faith.

Fulcrum’s Tuition Assistance Grant Program helps students like Alyssa attend excellent Catholic schools in Western Washington, which can have a life-long impact on students and families alike. Discover more stories about the impact of Fulcrum’s tuition assistance programs:
