Working Through extraordinary challenges.
The first fully virtual Celebration of Light 2021 fundraising gala was a rousing success thanks to our incredible donors! Despite a difficult year, Fulcrum raised more than $2 million in support of Catholic schools, students, and educators.
“Fulcrum’s 2021 Celebration of Light surpassed all expectations!” said Tony Audino, chair of Fulcrum’s Board of Trustees. “After almost a year of quarantining, it was a true joy to reconnect with Fulcrum friends via our virtual event and celebrate the inspiring achievements of our Catholic schools. Fulcrum’s donors truly made an impact on Catholic education, coming together to support Fulcrum’s work in the Archdiocese of Seattle. We could not have done this without you!”
The 2021 Celebration of Light honored Tom and Jan O’Callahan with the prestigious Archbishop’s Award for their leadership with the Fulcrum IT Network Modernization Fund. Tom and Jan’s hard work over the last five years positioned many archdiocesan schools to quickly transition from in-person to remote learning when the pandemic hit.
The virtual Celebration of Light also saw Fulcrum’s first-ever $100,000 sponsor, Timmie Hollomon! Fulcrum thanks all our amazing sponsors for their support this year!
