Supporting Educators
Strong principals and inspiring classroom teachers are essential to the success of every Catholic school. Through our grant programs, Fulcrum recruits, trains, and retains transformational leaders for our Catholic schools.
Martine Romero, Ed.D.
Principal
St. Madeleine Sophie School
Bellevue
Fulcrum has granted me tuition assistance for my graduate course work at the University of Notre Dame in the Mary Ann Remick Leadership Program. I will graduate with a Masters Degree in Educational Administration and Leadership, fully prepared to be a leader for Catholic schools. Without financial support from Fulcrum, I would not have been able to attend this program.

Supporting Educators Through Our Programs
Leadership Academy
In partnership with the Office for Catholic Schools, the Fulcrum Foundation created the Leadership Academy, a cohort-based, year-long leadership development program for new and aspiring principals.
The Leadership Academy offers courses in managerial, academic, spiritual, and strategic leadership which are taught by recognized Catholic school leaders and shareholders. Many Leadership Academy graduates become successful Catholic School principals in the Archdiocese of Seattle.
GRACE Program and the High School Instructional Leadership Program
In partnership with the Office for Catholic Schools, the Fulcrum Foundation created the GRACE (Growing Reflective Authentic Catholic Educators) Program for elementary school teachers and the High School Instructional Leadership Program for high school department chairs.
Both programs develop strong instructional leaders who are also outstanding teachers. Teacher-leaders may remain in their classrooms or become school administrators while leading professional development at their schools.
