Congratulations to the Class of 2024! This spring, 1,356 young adults became the newest alumni of our local Catholic high schools. We are inspired by their many accomplishments and ambitions for the years ahead. Each of these students received an enriching faith-based education from our partners and friends at Archbishop Murphy High School, Bellarmine Preparatory School, Bishop Blanchet High School, Eastside Catholic School, Forest Ridge School of the Sacred Heart, Holy Names Academy, Kennedy Catholic High School, O’Dea High School, Pope John Paul II High School, Seattle Preparatory School, Seton Catholic College Preparatory High School, and St. Monica Catholic School.
It will be exciting to watch these young people shine in the years ahead. Many are heading to colleges and universities around the world–from the University of Washington to NYU Shanghai in China—and countless locations in between! The Class of 2024 will be represented at each of the US Military Academies, at Ivy League institutions, at prestigious culinary and trade schools, and many will play collegiate level athletics. We wish them all the very best in whatever adventures and paths they take.
Fulcrum extends a very special shout out to the first ever graduate of St. Monica Catholic School, Miss Raina Briggs. In 2020, she was the first student at St. Monica Catholic School in the then-pilot high school featuring a Catholic, classical, Liberal Arts curriculum. Since Raina’s enrollment, the school was granted canonical status and is now a fully accredited high school with the Western Catholic Education Association. In future years, Raina will be joined by more proud Crusader alumni from St. Monica School!
